Purchased a new bed from here after recommendations from family. First purchase for our new house so we were very unsure. Weren’t pressured at all and the staff were all really informative and answered all our questions. We went away and thought about it and came back a few days later to purchase. Told 2-3 weeks for order. Less than 2 weeks later I get a phone call to say it’s ready, organised delivery for when it suited me. The two guys who came were so polite and friendly and had the whole bed built within 30 minutes! Went through all the care with me before leaving. Super experience and will definitely use again. Thank you!

I have to say the Service I have received from the bed superstore was excellent. We purchased two beds and I've been really happy. There was a slight issue with a mattress cover where the zip broke, but nothing was too much trouble they came out and replaced it.

Visited this shop a month ago to find a king size bed and mattress. The service was excellent and really helpful, letting us try all the beds and giving really good advice. We decided to purchase the bed and mattress etc today, went to dreams on the way to see what they had and were only able to test one bed before being asked if we wanted to order it! Quickly we went back to the guys at Bed Superstore and were not disappointed at all - they gave us fantastic advice, really helpful and friendly service and we walked away with a new bed, head board, mattress and pillows... all with delivery before Christmas Day! Looking forward to our new bed and would highly reccommend these guys to anyone looking for brilliant prices, excellent customer services and a friendly smile.

Bought a bed here recently, chap was so helpful and knowledgeable. He even offered same day delivery. I didn't need same day but it was delivered the next weekend by Wayne and he helped me get it in my room along with a mattress. I would go here instead of Dreams or Benson for beds as service is better, the value is good and lead times for delivery a lot shorter.

After looking online for ideas at all the big name shops, and not finding anything I wanted to go to look at, I decided to see if there was somewhere I had not heard of, I found Bristol Bed Superstore online with great reviews, so visited with my mum, huge showroom with a massive choice of beds, the salesman was very helpful and friendly, but not at all pushy, which was refreshing, he pointed out the beds suitable for my needs, and after trying several beds, I decided on the Backcare 2000 along with a grey divan and headboard. Ordered on Tuesday and the following Tuesday had a call to advise delivery on Friday. Really, really impressed. Great service. Bed is fantastic. So comfortable, I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for your excellent service.

We came to the shop after having bought a 'matress in a box' from a very well known brand on the internet, which at nearly £800 was utterly disappointing when it arrived. After packing it back up and calling for a refund, we were in a rather urgent situation having already given our original mattress away. We came to the bed superstore based on the reviews and I am so glad we did. We had a chat with the salesman (apologies as I dont remember your name) but you were so helpful, not pushy, and I literally laid on all bar 2 of the beds in the shop. In the end we settled on a mattress which was insanely comfy and came highly recommended by your staff. As it was in stock we took it away (all vacuum packed) that same day. So far so good, we're loving our new mattress (and it's made us realise how bad our old one had become!) No nonsense and stress free buying, completely wished we'd not been duped by the internet !!!

Found this place after being quoted 4-5 weeks delivery by CarpetRight and so glad I did. Excellent, honest service, took time to clearly explain the differences between the mattress types and gave a range of price options with no pressure to go to the upper end of the range. In the end, I got a better mattress, at a better price, and delivered within 2 days for a fraction of the delivery cost. Highly recommended, great to be able to support a local business and I will definitely come here again!!

This was an education & a bed buying exercise! The staff are very knowledgeable & not at all pushy; we decided on a firm pocket spring mattress which was about £300 cheaper than the one we had just seen & liked at Dreams. We also then decided to buy an ottoman storage bed base & matching headboard to go with it. All delivered with no fuss within 2 weeks. Thanks & well done guys.

after seeing the competition across the road smoking outside their shop door we decided to try this place first. we tried a few mattresses and after a while paul the self confessed bed geek came over and without any hard sell steered us to one in our price range and the service was so good we didnt even bother trying anywhere else and bought the mattress there and then. we picked the mattress up later and paul even put it on the car for us and he must have arms like a docker because i struggled like a pansy taking it off.

I ordered a double bed and mattress from the Bed Superstore on 17th May 2022. 4ft 6 Pembroke 2 drawer. Delivery was a week later and the customer service start to finish extremely good. Delivery to the bedroom and assembled for me. So no complaints at all The bed is superb and good quality and very comfortable, so much so that in the next couple of months I shall probably order another for the other guest bedroom. Only hiccup was having to buy 32cm depth fitted sheets as its a chunky mattress lol.... Good price and great customer service from these guys

Ordered a headboard it’s a floor standing type so quite big and awkward to carry up stairs but guy who delivered it very kindly offered to help me take it upstairs, it only took 2 mins but makes a big difference, guy in showroom was helping also , we have bought beds etc from here before and it will continue to be our first port of call for future purchases.

Excellent service. Went to Bed Superstore ordered a beautiful King size fabric bed. They said 2-4 weeks. Bed was made to order and it arrived 16 days after order. Amazing service. Paid for 2 man delivery. They arrived put bed together and took all packaging away. The Bed is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend this store.
