This team is doing brilliant work and I happily recommend them. As well as an exceptional range of products that avoid plastics and helps reduce our environmental footprint the service is excellent. Small touches such as reusing boxes/paper for packaging and friendly notes set this team apart. They are clearly passionate about their work and doing good so a pleasure to support.

This shop I amazing and the range of products is really great. I use the lip balms, shampoo and conditioning hair bars. The dog shampoo bars and the the reusable make up remover pads and I can honestly say that I have been truly impressed with them all and would recommend them to anyone. Love it and will continue to use them. Fantastic!!!

Received my second order yesterday. While good shampoo bars are fairly easy to find, I have tried multiple conditioner bars without success. The Juliet Rose conditioner bars are excellent - they leave my hair soft and shiny and are incredibly long lasting... myself and my husband have been using the Argan Oil bar daily for two months and it’s still going strong. I’m also a massive convert to the Earth Conscious deodorants. They perform just as well as normal antiperspirants and leave me smelling fresher for longer! Very relieved to find such good plastic free alternatives.

I have now ordered several times with The Plastic Free Shop and think they stock a great range of quality products. I particularly like the soaps and household utensils. I recently ordered a products that arrived broken (not their fault, as it was packed in an extra cardboard box, so they wouldn't have ben able to see it) I emailed them with a picture of the broken item and Cath got back to me super quick offering a replacement and refund. Everything was dealt with hassle free and within less than 12 hours. Great customer service, responsiveness and professionalism. They also add a little personal note to their invoice/accompanying note that comes with the delivery, which gives a nice personal touch. Will definitely order with The Plastic Free Shop again.
