Y. S.£50!!! I'd been looking at these every year, never having the money to buy. Went to the till thinking £80 and they'd been reduced again. I love B&M 🤩
m. k.I would rather not today, I did get some big items ,for a very reasonable price. But I didn't get any wool, because in place of 400g, they were only 250g. Last year 400g was £4.99 2day ,250g is £5.00. So sorry I can't buy at those prices. But I will still shop there , as it's still a super store!!
p. s.Nice store low cost for most things, but I was the only person wearing a mask, so be careful if you shop there..
L. T.I like B&M for the various variety and low prices! The prices of well know brands is certainly cheaper than most. I particularly like the location of this b&m and parking is free! Conveniently located next to other stores as it’s part of a small retail centre.

Z. K.Amazing costumer service!!! I was looking for a clothing rack, when I asked a member of staff for help he took me to the shelf and noticed they were out of stock. This lad could've said "sorry we're out" just like the three other shops I had been to but no he went above and beyond! He managed to find some in storage and carried the massive box (in 27°c) and handed me one. I wish I had caught his name because that man deserves recognition!

Be aware that during Corona queues are ridiculous during the day. Visit either early in the morning or late in the day.
Most tills are always open and staff are efficient in keeping the store ticking. Love this store.
B. M.My granddaughter had a vanity unit for her birthday unfortunately the chair broke and took it back to B&M who exchanged it no problem I did not have my receipt. Excellent customer service.
N.Amazing products and really cheap. They've really improved their overall standards in store too. Much better than other "bargains" stores.

A. W.Had difficulty finding a wash basket but eventually found it high up on a shelf I would normally associate with spare stock. Otherwise usual cheaper products than supermarkets

Social distancing has meant that during the mini-heatwave we had in June people had to queue outside and wait to be allowed in, but the staff walked along at regular intervals with free bottles of water for their waiting customers. How thoughtful is that! Nice touch you guys!

v. o.Bought some Goldenfry Gravey Granules today. Paid 89p, which we have paid this price for months. When I got home and put it next to the older one, there is 100g less. They are both marked up at £1.49p. That's a sneaky price increase. Paid for 300grams instead of the usual 400grams we used to get. I,ve noticed this on other items before.

S. C. (.I really like B&M stores, they have so much variety for a great price. We popped in to one of their Cardiff stores to get stuff for a sensory room and were surprised on what we found. There are a few around Cardiff now, all very good size stores with plenty stock so what ever you are looking for, give them a try.

R.It's great if you're on a budget as the store sells lots of brand items for cheaper than the bigger supermarkets. However its not the tidiest of shops. Went in to get dishwasher tablets and the only two boxes were ripped open.

m. w.I visited the store last week and being disabled and in a wheelchair asked for a trolly to clip to my chair the assistant asked one of the girls to get it but unfortunatly she gave it to the wrong customer there was another lady in a wheelchair whod requested one .they only had 2vand the other one was broken so the manager very kindly got an assistent to get a trolly and follow us arround the store i found this to be a very nice thing to do indeed the young lady was realy polite as we wer trying to rush and told us to take our time im realy impressesd i must say she evan asked when we got to the till if we needed her to help with the packing before she left us i canot prase the staff of this store enough and the manager of the store assures me hel be ordering more trollies for disabled i hope so as i will be visiting the store more often thank you to all you should be commended by your head office your service is exceptional mrs williams of barry .

This store has a large variety of goods for the HOME from the largest to the smallest including Paint and Wallpaper, Furniture, Bedding, Bathroom and Kitchenware, Toys, Food items, Toiletries, Sweets, Party items, Garden items, Birthday Cards and Paper wrap all at very good prices. Well worth a visit.

W.Having trusted Google to get me to a Staples store, which as it turned out had closed down four years ago, I went into b&m instead which had taken over the space and low and behold they had what I wanted at half the price and the sales person was friendly and more than helpfull - will be going back in the future for all and everything.
