Staff are very friendly and always there to help he only down thing about it is that they do not have a freezer department there as where I live we have 2 BM which one is a freezer and fridge department store and the other is a general store with all the garden stuff DIY and home a fridge and freezer department which is very ideal it is a shame that they do not have this in Pentwyn as it would be ideal as my mother lives there and is unable to get out much to do her own shopping so it would be better if there was more variety of things like mine

Some sections are taped off due to the pandemic but still plenty of bargains to buy. You can buy anything from pet food and pet health products, house hold items and basic food shopping. After pandemic excellent for children's toys and party items. Good value all round.
