Amazing shop and staff! Been a customer for about 2/3 years now and always loved the atmosphere of the place and how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are, never a problem with getting recommendations on flavours and set ups. They really get to know their customers too and recommend new brands or flavours they get in if they think you'll like it. Gutted to be living so far away to be able to visit the shop now but will still be ordering online from the guys as they're miles above any of the shops near me!

The best vape shop I've had the pleasure to frequent and I've been to many! Excellent staff who really know their stuff, always happy to help and advise with top tips. Extensive range of liquids and they can recommend anyone of them based on your taste pallet - you can also try every juice before you buy, which is a must. Always visit on a trip to Cardiff but if you can't get to the shop then their online store is also one of the best websites for choice and simplicity, prompt delivery and stock. Top business and people!

I travel quite a bit, and have visited dozens of vape shops, with varying degrees of success. Beaum Vape though, have been consistently excellent. Every time I visit, I'm always welcomed with a friendly smile, and always encouraged to try new e liquids before buying them. Their juice is top quality, no doubt about that- it's obvious the guys in here are all about selling quality. Sure, you can buy 50ml short-fills for under a tenner, and I have done, and nearly always regretted it. Every and I mean, every E liquid I've purchased from Beaum, has been very good, or excellent, and I won't buy from anywhere else now.

Amazing service. The first time I went in they gave me plenty of great advice, no hard sales tactics, I didn't feel pressured or trying to be sold something, the guys were just cool, down to earth, friendly and explained things in a way I understood. I went home to think about it, did a little more research on the net and returned in the evening to make a purchase. I went to 4 other shops earlier that day and they were the ones I went back to. The next time round, I'd had problems with my device, it had broke, I was pretty much willing to purchase a new one as I'd had it for a few months, it was fairly priced, and it was looking a little beaten up on the outside from day to day use, but the guys offered to replace it at no cost (it was unusual for it to break and probably just a bit of a one off manufacturing issue mixed with daily wear). I know it was still under manufacturers warranty but, they weren't resistant or hesitant about it, I've genuinely had a harder time returning clothes hours later with the tags still on. While I waited one of the guys remembered me from months ago and asked me how my uni work was going, which I think just shows that they are genuinely nice people. The best thing? Since switching to a vape I haven't touched cigarettes since, and I'd been smoking for just over half of my life. It feels like I've cheated. Probably the best decision I've made for my health since starting to exercise and eat healthily. If you're thinking about switching to a vape, hands down, go here! Massive thank you to the staff!

Vape shops are notoriously staffed my either arrogant nerds or even worse : "Vape Bros" These guys are neither and I was glad I went out of my way to visit. Took some time to help me choose some new flavours, they were really helpful and the service was fantastic .. Ive been to this vape shop now a few times and they are very warm welcoming when customers come through the door, the main thing i like about this vape shop is that you get to talk to the staff there who is friendly and they let try different vapes and liquids to test out before buying. Beaum Vape is an incredible store. THE BEST VAPOURISER STORE IN CARDIFF!!! I went there to buy a vape pen and I had no clue on what I was looking for. But with the best and friendly employees that work there to help you, you will find what is best for you. When I first went, I was there for a while and I thought that I was there for too long but they made feel welcome. There's a store and a website. The store is quite small but it looks well designed & modern. They have many different flavours to try out. You could even try out every single flavour that they have and it won't even bother them because they want to help you too find the perfect flavour that suits you. Going into the price, some of the products are a bit expensive, but definitely worth it once you found the right pen and flavour that you want. I brought my pen for £60 and a flavour for £10. Worth the cost. They also give you as much information about any product, to help give you better understanding of what you're are buying. Once you brought your pen & flavour, they will show you how to set it up. Also telling you what you should and shouldn't do with the pen. If you find that you're having some trouble with pen, you can just go back there. I had some difficulties with my pen, went back, as soon as I left, my problems were solved. I 100% recommend you try out this store, even if you don't want to buy anything, just going there to get some more information and advice about vape pens, then go. It will be worth your time.

This is the first time I have used Beaum Vape. Had read some really good reviews on the site. I was looking to buy my first high end mech mod set up and in particular was after a comp lyfe set up. Their website had all the kit I was looking for and IN STOCK !!!! Delivery came today on time and the packaging and presentation was f###ing awesome. To say I am happy with my choice of vendor and products is a massive understatement. Would highly recommend Beaum Vape to anyone. My comp lyfe HK 25 mod set up is the dogs nuts. I went to this shop with my son, it was the first time I had been inside a vape shop although I had been vapeing for a few years. Unfortunately I have had numerous operations on my back,legs,feet and neck and suffer a lot of pain and muscle spasms, my son was vapeing while we were having coffee and I used his vape, after a while I found my muscles relaxing and I continued using it for the next few hours. He then set me up with one of his units and oils and that was two years ago. As a great grandmother I felt very apprehensive about going into a vape shop as I assumed ( wrongly) that it would be catering to a younger generation. On entering a was made to feel welcome by the guys in the shop. They helpt me find the right vape for me and I picked a variety of wonderful fruity mint oils, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone no matter what age.
