G.I love this Disney store. It is big, has plenty of stock and it decorated lovely. I love the atmosphere just from stepping inside.
There is a section for grown ups, Which is brilliant. There is a good range of products and they are reasonably priced for disney!
The staff were friendly and smiley and it was a child's birthday and the staff sang happy birthday to her at the till, which I thought was super cute that they made an extra effort to make the child feel special.

Staff are very helpful and friendly and will engage with the kids.
Currently you have to wear a mask to enter the store and if you don't have one they have some available free of charge.
A. Y.Customer service was impeccable. Very strict with social distancing and checking people had masks before entering. Masks were also available for those who forgot theirs! Every store should be like this in my opinion. They set an excellent example! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in helping me find what I needed.

I. W.This is a typical example of the Disney marketing machine’s approach. Very slick and well presented with very helpful and friendly staff.
There is a great selection of products ranging from figures, toys, clothing and collectors items for all ages and tastes; so long as your taste is Disney, but if it isn’t, why on Earth would you visit this store?
I enjoyed our visit and recommend it to all fans, but be warned. A visit can be expensive!!!
N. E.Staff are always very welcoming when you enter, they always ask for customers to hand sanitise before they enter ( which not many places do anymore) the staff always help you pick something out or check out back if you can't find what your looking for.
E.Love this place, get some proper Disney vibes from it. Really glad they sell pin badges now, just wish they had more attraction based merchandise like haunted mansion pillows.

R. W.Great store filled with new merchandise & new arrivals. Staff very friendly & helpful, they we're singing happy birthday to a little girl while we were there. Store does not focus too much on soft toys & instead has a great selection of other toys, homeware, stationary & clothes. In a great location inside St Davids shopping centre so very close to benches, eateries & other shops. Overall, very impressed with the store & its displays & we found a lot of unexpected items.
S. B.A fantastic place to buy Disney themed tack. I managed to get my mitts on a Micky the Mouse mud shield and a goofy bog brush. Both items work immaculately, my truck and toilet have never been cleaner since their implementation. My deepest thanks to all the gang.

R. G.I regularly get dragged in here by my girlfriend whenever we visit Cardiff, I usually act like I am hating every second.
In reality, its such a friendly environment and the staff are always happy to chat and help with any questions. It's the only place to go for official Disney merchandise.
Be prepared for an incredibly busy store on weekends, and a crazy busy store over Christmas, although service is always great, if you struggle with large crowds, maybe ordering online is best for you.
Would recommend to any Disney fan though, a great experience, even for a closet Disney fan, such as myself.

J. W.I know that the Disney store can be expensive but I always find it worth it. I really like the new stuff that they have been bringing out. Especially the adult clothing and new things from the older films. I visit the store every time I go to Cardiff because I am a big Disney fan. I would recommend not going in there around Christmas because the queue for the till is always really long and I have even seen it so long the end was outside but store.
A. T.A brilliant store full of disney related items. Usually full of people. Items can be a little on the expensive side, but then you are buying Disney brand products. Recommended if you are looking for disney stuff for a little one, or a big kid!

They have absolutely beautiful products in tbe shop, and if you're a fan of Disney, tbe Avengers, or Star wars they have a gift for you. It's a great, happy atmosphere in there and I always find something to buy (usually related to tbe little mermaid! Please bring more stuff out!) A superb shop with amazing staff and amazing treasures to be found!
S. S.Full of colourful merchandise; your eyes don't know where to look! The store is slightly cramped compared to other stores, however staff are very attentive and support with finding items. Baby section is quite small but most definitely will visit again.

My daughter had several soft character toys for many years and when no longer wanted we gave them to our two small dogs who have had endless fun for the past four years - the toys are still undamaged and continue to provide them with daily fun! A. N.A nice shopping experience for the kids, but rather expensive. Has a good range from across the Disney films though obviously focuses on the newer films but there are some things fun classic and slightly older but popular films. Lots of star wars stuff too!

All the Disney classics mixed with the newer starwars and marvel brands.
Some bargains to be had during sales. Be mindful that your child will try and want for everything, so keep them tied to the pram if possible.
Only downside is the queues can be a pain in busy periods.
J.The products sold within the Disney store are great - they are expensive, however. Wish the store was a little larger to be able to sell and display a larger range of items, such as personalised clothing which can be bought of their online store.

S. B.Staff are great but can someone please explain why there’s such a mark up on euro prices. One item was £21 and €32 Euro! Another was £15sterling and €24!! That’s just disgraceful! The lowest euro price I found was still ridiculously overpriced given the conversion rates and although I’m sure they have applied some sort of currency converter tax.... there’s no justification for these rates. 😡
Z. D.If you like Disney, you'll love it here! Always a great selection of cuddly toys on display as well as the latest movie's action figures teddies and clothes. They do dress up outfits, toys, figurines, mugs and cups, pens appear and stationary etc, purses and bags, tsum tsums etc etc. Always plan a trip to the Disney store when in Cardiff
M. W.Went into the store today just to get the new pizza planet hoody they only had medium which would have drowned me! The lovely cast members actually gave me their own they had paid for and put away as it was my size now that is disney magic ! You made my day

The only thing I don't enjoy is prices of some things but hey someone's got to keep Mickey in his life of luxury. Oh and the floor in the shop is amazing!
