What I really wanted to do, was to actually speak to a real person. Someone who knows what they are talking about...
On this occasion, I really sought information person to person, instead of seeking information online...
I came across this store in Queen Street, Cardiff, and after hovering outside, I smoked my last doobie & finally ventured into the shop...
I was met by a bearded chap, told him my plight & what kind of thing I was seeking. He pointed me straight away to a couple of recommended full kit vapes that he felt would suit my requirements...
This guy knew everything I wanted to know to get me back onto the road to vaping once again...
And best part is, I found the prices they charge are in line with purchasing from the internet, so how could I not?
All 3 staff were amazing, helpful & humorous & also good looking (the female only,) not sure if I can put that into a review, what with all this political correctness etc, but hey ho, I'm on old dude & still old school
I got home and put the DRAG S kit together, and began using it, coupled with their delicious VANILLA ICECREAM juice (6 mg nic, of course) & I am gaining satisfaction vaping here inside my tiny bedsit blowing fragrant clouds all over the room, down the stairs, and out the window

Not only was service amazing, I felt it was personalised to me! Both employees were attuned to what they believed my tastes to be, were very knowledable and were naturally interested and sociable (no pretence!) and we even ended up having a bit of a gameshow going on - "Guess the flavour! J. L.Why I am writing this review? I feel compelled to pass on my experience of visiting this fantastic shop for the first time this afternoon. For many a month I have contemplated an upgrade to a more modern and efficient e-cigarette.
With the guidance and unwavering patience offered by Arron, the extensive range of e-cigarette and vast stock of e-liquid, my journey to replace 'old faithful' has come to an end. The Jac Vapour Series-S22 was the chosen replacement and what a difference in vaping!

I knew what I wanted which was an upgrade from my old e cigarette, more powerful but without plumes of smoke and with a plastic smallish mouthpiece. Arran took me straight to a display case with 3 choices and explained them with in a clear, understandable way and was very knowledgeable about the products. I bought an aspire pockex that is fantastic. fits in hand well, easy fill, long battery life and powerful enough to go down a level of nicotine. Highly recommend this shop for experienced vapers and would be brill for new vapers too.
