I have used kahuna religiously for 2 years and I can't say enough how welcoming the staff are and how included I always feel, never rushed into paying for things and always given time to decide, Sharon is amazing, she went out of her way to bring my favourite juice from Bristol and I couldn't be happier!! Been shopping here for a while, Great location a few minutes from the train station. The members of staff are always happy and helpful, Staff members have great knowledge on all their products. Would heavily suggest to other members of the public to visit if they want to quit smoking or just want to get into vaping.

This shop is ideally placed in Cardiff centre and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I knew nothing about what to buy but they were very professional and gave sensible advice. Not pushy at all and in my subsequent visits they always take the time to talk about the products and help me maintain my unit. Great place .

I accidentally broke the tank on my vape so i went into E-Cigilicious and the gents in there were amazing! sorted me out with a new tank that was easy for me to use (and a bit more girly). Awesome selections of juice and are there to help you when you have the smallest problem! Thanks a lot guys will definitely be coming back!

Everyone who works at Ecigalicious Cardiff is fantastic. They always help you out no matter what it is you are after. This is the only ECIG shop I go to and whenever I come here I always feel welcome.
