I Had filled out a housing benefit form for a family member and sent it off via royal mail and when I had called Cardiff council they advised my best bet was to go to the nearest hub I tried to call to book an appointment but was advised just to walk in, I did dread this as I was with my 1 year old and he can be a bit of a nightmare when he's bored waiting I went to the hub on a Wednesday at 3pm and was pleasantly surprised the wait was only 10 minutes A gentleman I believe he said his name was Christian (so sorry if I'm wrong) sat with me and blew my mind with his knowledge, he went through absolutely EVERYTHING with me and even advised on another government scheme that could help my family member I will always go to this hub from now on for help with dreaded forms Really lovely staff there and a clean, quiet and friendly place

Hey just to say I am working from home for Cardiff Council Internet was down so I used the staff booking in room at the Hub and all staff were pleasant and helpful and the facilities were very good and nice and clean Thank you Maria

Staff always pleasant but there is a limited number of books here. However access to computers is good. The facility is becoming well used by different groups from the local community and the cafe seems to be popular.

Would be helpful if we were allowed to pick up more than 1 of each recycling bags at a time because I have to get them for elderly neighbors as well as myself. This doesn't do much to encourage recycling.

Well laid out library with good places to work and a well chosen selection of books (particular fan of the science fiction and fantasy section; plenty of gems in a well edited collection). Can return books from other Cardiff libraries, which is very helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable librarians. I love a good library and this is a good library.

We came to do class after closing time , the hub nice cozy and clean , also in safe area comparing with other hubs , but unfortunately no mirror on the court to enjoy the classes , wish the council consider that to be perfect , thanks
