Great store with plenty of stock. The staff that we've spoken with here have always been brilliant and super helpful. We've bought a few hamsters from here and they have all lived good, healthy lives. They are well cared for while in store.

Water bowls outside for dogs and puppies .recently refurbished looks great however not as cosy now its more clinical feeling to it prefer it previously warm inviting could see gold fish and rabbits now just looks like a bit of a warehouse its not finished as groomers going down the back. .touch overpriced but quite good selection of food and other essentials ..sometimes shops fix things that don't need fixing but does have most things your looking for and my dog enjoys going there too great on exchanging goods also .

In the store the staff are very friendly and always on hand with advice if needed. They have a wide range of products and good offers on in store and online. My furry roommate is registered at vets for pets at the back of the store and must say they are outstanding. Always put the animal first and are just a phone call away if you need any advice or are unsure about anything. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very good at putting you at ease when your stressing over your pets health. Would definitely recommend both the vets and the store my go to for anything pet related.

I visit here now and then to get livestock and aquarium accessories that are unavailable at my local aquarium store. I have purchased wood shrimp and zebra snails from here (to help with an algae issue) and they are healthy and disease free. The snails are excellent algae eaters, but I think that I was misinformed about the wood shrimp as they don't actually eat algae (still great pets though!). Good selection of aquarium decorations. I really like the selection of live plants, but unfortunately these are frequently out of stock at the moment which is disappointing .

Incredible place to shop and a young lady today at about midday helped me tremendously in helping to get my overweight chocolate Labby out the car. Excellent store. Love that I can take the pup in with me. I’ve often called ahead of my visit and the staff in store have always looked for the best product for my pup’s needs and, set it aside for payment and collection. Great store. Great range of items for all sorts of pets, animals on show such as Fish, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters and Rabbits. Great for a pet shop or just popping in to see some cute animals. I believe it is also possible to ask to hold some animals or even feed them (have not done personally but have seen it being done in store and have been told about it).

There is plenty of free parking here. The store sometimes holds events for children to learn about pet care and handling too. Theres an in-store vets too. Great range of products for a range of pets. We go specifically for their own brand dry dog food that at present can't be matched (according to our pup!). The Staff at this store are always really pleasant, welcoming and ready to help. Also parking is always available even if it means you need to walk a little as the car park is large enough to accommodate all the other stores there too!

Reasonably good selection of items but a little short in terms of stuff for larger dogs. I suppose that's just the market, though. There seem to be more small dogs about than large. Able to get food and treats here but other things we have to buy online.

I went to buy some bags to put fish in. I meet a kid that said they don't have allot of them so he can't give me any. His attitude was rude and patronising and he acted like I was asking charity. Is it my fault that I need to transport fish ? Isn't it the peshop there to help me when I need things like that ? Very, very dessapointed! I have over 60 fish, I used to buy from there, from know on I am taking my business elsewhere. I didn't knew you were so poor that you can't afford bags. Or is it that your employee just didn't care to bother to get those for me? However, I called. Nick, another employee answered and he was kind enough to help me. He gave me the bags and was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you Nick! Kid that was alone when I came the first time, you suck! Take some customers service lessons from Nick.

Always fantastic service here, and they always go above and beyond for my pooches. Poppy had suspected Alabama rot and they were superb, and thankfully, it wasnt, but that didn't stop the wonderful staff going above and beyond. My boy collie is massively reactive and they always are so good with him, and make so many allowances so that I can manage his behaviour. Cant recommend enough.

This is a big pet store, they have petty much everything for all kinds of domestic pets. They always have what we need. It is in a great location, there are plenty of other shops in the area and a massive free car park. Friendly staff and a VIP club that offered money of for loyal customers.

The store has a huge range of goods, they supply pet food, accessories, toys, and even pets! There is a vets at the back of the store too. There is plenty of parking here and disabled access. The children like to look around here and dogs are welcome too! The staff are always on hand and friendly with some good advice. The reason for four stars is the fish..there are always dead fish in the tanks. Some products are good value for money especially when there are offers on, but generally a lot of things are overpriced. I would recommend this store as a good place to go for pet supplies as you can get nearly anything you need!
