M. S.Good selection of pets, products with friendly advice. Ample parking outside, with a clean, spacious and well stocked store. Overall a great shopping experience for a wide variety of pets. Recommended.
V. S.Staff are so friendly here - both Darcy and Philip (sorry if names spelt wrong) helped me pick out some stuff for my puppy.
Darcy stopped what she was doing when I was looking at collars to help me find the right size.
Philip helped me put some coats on my puppy to find the right size and found one in perfect size and colour for him !
Really nice staff can't fault them.
r.A great little pet shop. A little over priced but I appreciate the adoption scheme they have on where you basically get a free spay or neuter as well as vaccinations for any rabbits you adopt that have been previously given up. The workers are always lovely and well educated when it comes to animal care. Would be 5 stars if the chain wasn’t so expensive haha!

A. S.We went into our local Pets at Home to buy a harness for our dog. The sales assistant couldn't have been more helpful. We definitely wouldn't have come away with one had she not helped us!

However the VIP club card is a waste of time , after a couple of years of using it the offers at a waste of time and never seems to be useful for my pets.
They provide money off but you have to spend more than normal which is wrong, the system fails to provide good offers for the goods you repeatedly buy every week or each month
I feel like giving my voucher to a friend to use.

She helped us pick the correct items for my mum's new kitten, told us all about the food products they had available, and gave friendly and professional advice on pet care. Truly 5 star service .

P. B.Sadly one of our two guinea pigs passed away this week. We phoned the store to see if they had any females in stock which they did. When we explained that we would be introducing the new guinea pig to one already at home they explained the detail the process and were very helpful.
V. W.If you are going to buy fish or start the hobby please research first. Buying a fish tank and adding fish the next day is not advised by hobbyists.

H. D.Use pets at home for fat balls for the birds in the garden as best price around for a tub of 50. Also occasionally get locusts for my bearded dragon. Friendly staff but the car park in llanishen can be quite a nightmare to get out of at busy times of the day.

H. T.Such a lovely store, I recently adopted 2 guinea pigs from the rescue centre within the store and the store worker Becky (/Beckie?) offered outstanding service. All the staff were friendly and approachable but Beckie offered all the time and advice that I needed. 10/10 service, will be returning for all of my pets needs for sure!
