J. G.Very helpful staff, I have just started in the hobby. They helped understand a few things and then I got myself a recruit edition box, paints etc.
So far I have built everything and applied a base coat. And now I'm just learning how to play the game with my fiancé. Once that is over I can finish the models.

S. H.Great store in the heart of Cardiff. First time visiting this new one (have fond memories of the old store from my youth). The store is nice and open with plenty of light. Everything is laid out in a logical manner and so it is easy to find what you need. Had a great chat with the staff member there whilst I shopped. Recommended for sure.

S. L.Incredible customer service, no THE BEST customer service, incredibly knowledgeable, polite and helpful stuff. Well stocked with plenty of the essentials and a nice selection of more rare models. Nothing seems too much effort and I learned incredibly valuable painting techniques in one visit.
