C.Good variety and quality of furniture available, even better prices. Excellent service, they packed the glass dining table and chairs we ordered (brand new) like a professional high-street furniture store, with bubble wrap, boxed neatly, screws tidy in their respective little bags, and not a scratch! Will definitely buy from them again!

M. R.This shop is a great place to find good quality used furniture, and for a good cause. They have a pretty wide selection and good prices. Their customer service tends to be pretty bad though, with some (not all) of the cashiers having very poor people skills and not being at all helpful. One time I literally asked for the price of a piece of furniture I was seriously considering buying, and a staff member said they didn't know the price, then ignored my inquiries about finding out and turned their back on me. Another time I stood at the till for about 5 minutes straight while the worker texted on their phone right in front of me, without acknowledging me. When I said something, they looked up, then continued what they were doing. Finally when they were done, they slowly ambled over to let me make my purchases. Their customer service kinda makes you think they don't really want your money :') But if you can get past the customer service (which I believe is volunteers so that could be why it's terrible), it is worth it for the money you will save, and the research funded. Also, they do delivery for a decent price and the delivery workers were great :)
D. C.Helpful staff and a good selection of furniture. The only problem is, it's in the High Street, so it's impossible to park legally nearby thus making delivery necessary and you have to wait a while for a delivery slot. Still, much cheaperr than buying new stuff and just as good. Plus it makes money for a worthy cause, which is a always a bonus.
