C. M.We have just had our Roman blinds delivered & fitted and we are absolutely delighted with them. From start to completion Dean & Co have been committed to getting the right look & feel for our Kitchen & dining windows.
We met with Jane at their showroom whose knowledge of design & fabrics was immense she patiently helped us select just the right colours & textures for our rooms. She was simply great! I spoke with Joannah regarding the making of the blinds & she was very helpful in advising me on the process too. Finally Chris came & fitted them, he was very professional and courteous, completing the fitting of 3 blinds within 30 minutes, no mess or fuss (even with a tough concrete wall to deal with!!). He made sure that everything was perfect.
I can only say what a pleasure it has been to deal with the whole team at Dean & Co a lovely family business. I would 100% recommend and not hesitate to use them again. Thanks so much to everyone involved.

We met with a few different suppliers, but Chris was head and shoulders above the competition when it came to not only answering all of our questions very patiently, but also making some good suggestions and settling a marital debate or two over colours and materials. He seemed genuinely interested in what we were trying to achieve, and was very consultative in his approach.
Once ordered, communication was good (despite the Coronavirus situation), work was completed on schedule, and to an excellent standard. Again, very patient and happy to answer questions post-install.
