P. P.Not the first time I have been in this Waterstones and again a good service given by polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Large number of books covering all ages and subjects. I also ordered a book that was not in stock which arrived in 2 working days. A really pleasant shop to browse and is thoroughly recommended.

He told me you were expecting a visit from Jack Jordan in the coming weeks, and recommended Jack’s latest book to me, as displayed on the counter. I said I’d look it up. I’m very glad I did as I’m now on my fourth Jack Jordan book and now a massive fan. So full marks to your salesman. I would never have tried Jack’s books had it not been for him.

Always a great selection of books, usually a cafe to sit and enjoy your latest purchase. The staff in the two local to me are always extremely helpful and often provide excellent additional suggestions.
