Absolutely brilliant,truthful ,honest and very reliable.We had our house measured from another company for hall stairs and landings over two floors but no one came back with a price even after we contacted them.We needed this done ASAP,we were told this was impossible by three other places,happened to see the Arches shop went in explained and we were able to buy everything we needed and fitting was completed when required.Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
