My girlfriend's vape broke today becuase it got dropped. We didnt know this at the point of entering the shop. Mike assisted with having a look at the vape. I brought a new vape from Mike but OMG the service he provided was better than anything I ever received. He treated me like I was his best friend. Best service ever in my 34 years of purchases. Would Have Been 10********** I Visited Coventry City Store As Required A Replacement Part For My Smok Alien 85 Baby Beast And This Was My First Port Of Call.
