Great place to find all of the pet goodies. Whatever your need may be the staff are friendly and helpful. Occasionally they've got some great deals of some common products like food or pet supplies, though most of the time you'll likely find them cheaper online. Regardless, it's still worth making sure that your friendly local pet store continues to thrive. They've also got some great deals with VIP card and a monthly magazine that's an entertaining read (free with the card). There's also groomer inside the store though I haven't had the chance to use it yet.

Store is great everything you need the dog toys on the otherhand not so much bought one that was ment to be tough it lasted less than 6 hours

Have not used this store for many years since we had our last dog, however we have just gotten two new dogs and the staff were super helpful !!!! Recommended the brand's smartphone app and after a couple minutes secured a decent 20% off of our purchase which was a substantial amount. Will for sure be returning for more of our new dogs needs :)

Been to the store and looking at the Fluval Roma125 litre tropical fish tank and cabinet, they had one in store priced at £260 but on their website they have the same one priced at £380 They had no more in stock in the Coventry, Solihull and Royal Leamington Spa stores. They said if I went back to the Coventry store they would order it for me and hopefully they will refund me the difference of £120

Good, Always ask to many questions when getting fish thou. like your making an adoption asking abiut tabk and ither fish. just abit ott if you keep fish you will know what you can and cant mix a little patronising.
