Great library but the taps need sorting out. My hands have been permanently disfigured by the practically boiling water temperatures. They swelled up like blood-red beetroots.

Not a lot of facilities, the cafe closes very early on weekends, no cute spaces where to eat... very little offer in terms of books which is surprising and disappointing for a university with such a high ranking.

The place is open 24x7, one of the very few libraries to do that. Has a wide variety of books and also friendly staff to help you out if in case you get stuck.

To reiterate previous points made about the vending machines, not only have concerns about machines robbing people not been addressed, to add insult to injury prices have recently increased. A pack of crisps used to be 80p. Now they're all at least £1 and some are £1.20. That's an increase of between 25% and 50% without measures being taken to address why exactly it takes six phone calls and the loss of any remaining vestiges of dignity to get back the money for a Twix. However, I'm not blaming the library staff, they're great and very helpful.

The warwick university is one among the top universities in UK. It very vaste and it a real pleasure to study at this university.

The newly refurbished first floor looks fresh. I like that the library is accessible 24/7. There are plenty of collaborative spaces on the first and second floor of the library. You can also get a cup of Starbucks from the cafe on the first floor.

Very helpful staff here. They help anytime with any questions. Love the quite rooms extensions. Very comfortable chairs and tables for study. Thanks to University of Warwick that gives opportunity to become professionals. Also you can request books that you need if they are not available right now

Vending machines well known for robbing people. The staff always make out like it's your responsibility to go and find some unknown person and tell them about such incidents. I think that if your vending machines are on your property, it's your responsibility. I have been mischarged for at least £6 of stuff from the start of this year, and I think it's not good enough, frankly.

Good place to study! You don't have to be a student of the university to study here either... Simply ask for a free day pass at reception. Only gave 3 stars because the gents toilets are quite revolting. They need to employ better cleaners in this place.

Whether or not you get a seat depends on your luck really. And not all seats have plugs to charge your laptop which is the annoying thing. Other than that it's alright. Textbooks always hogged by other students...
