Not brilliant photos, but I love the wallpaper and so easy to put up too, had lots of lovely comments from family and friends, only a small downstairs WC but this wallpaper makes it look bigger than it really is. Extremely helpful with a tricky order for a long narrow curtain designed to fit over a fuse box. It was made up with velcro header tape to make it easy to hang in the space available. I didn't think such a header was available, but when Dawn rang to confirm the rather unusual size, she was told by the seamstress that it was not a problem and the curtain was made up exactly as required. I'm so pleased, I will get you to make up some kitchen curtains for me in the near future. Very many thanks - and thanks to Dawn who gave me a follow-up call!

It is very difficult to review and article before it has arrived. Perhaps you should review the timing of follow up emails and include dispatch information instead. Curtain rails have now arrived. Very sturdy and stylish. Their arrival took about a week longer than I expected and I had no notice of dispatch. Product is good, communications less so.

I bought 2 antique gold wooden curtain poles. However, there were not enough curtain rings provided with poles. This may have been a mistake when they were dispatched as there were only 3 lots of rings in the box, and I think there should have been a fourth strip. If so, I was sent 12 rings short of what should have been provided. However, I need 16.

The fabric arrived quickly (I ordered 8 metres) but after washing it turned out to be 7.. I had to reorder another £30 worth for the extra metre and postage. Either there were only 7 metres there, or it shrank dramatically. My daughter is in the professional sewing business and knows her shrinkage levels! No compensation offered. Otherwise lovely range of fabrics.

Hello ! I am delighted with my order, the Lady on the phone support was great, patient and diligent about overcoming difficulties. So full marks there! However! It has to be noted the Delivery service was dreadful, split my order (only had 3 items) and managed to never drop off the third item! Excellent choice and price, (over 20% less than Wallpapers Direct) especially with the discount voucher, even in this this pandemic period the delivery of our our wall paper arrived within 3 working days. My mistake ! I hadn't noticed the wallpaper was wider than normal so I ended up with a full unused roll, but I still think I would have ordered 3 rolls and there is very little of the used roll's left over.

The website is easy to use. Delivery was next day. Although the items were tracked, I had to make contact to get the courier and tracking number, would be easier if they sent that info when notifying you that the item has been dispatched, not a big problem, but it would make make an excellent purchase totally flawless .

Polite conversation, and I managed to order my sample of paper. We liked it and ordered 7 rolls which arrived well packaged and fairly promptly. I was looking for a "Silent Gliss" curtain track so rang for advice. I had to order over the phone rather than via the website because I needed longer brackets, also a custom length. I bought 2 Swish Elements Antique Brass curtain poles. 360cm @ 35mm dia and 240cm @ 28mm dia - both having 2 poles at half the total length and a supporting insert to join the 2 halfs together on installation. Not particularly cheap but one was on offer so I was reasonably content to order in the expectation that the quality would justify the cost. It did. They both arrived in a single package a couple of days later and it was immediately obvious that these were a quality product. The poles and brackets are really solid which was encouraging because they were required to carry heavy duty curtains with linings. I used heavier duty raw plugs and screws than those provided because of a concern about the walls I was fixing these on to - my choice. Trimming the poles required a new fine-tooth blade on my hand saw and a bit of patience to tidy up the sawn ends but the decent thickness of metal wall helped ensure they cut through very neatly. The insert to join the 2 halfs together just needs a squeeze to allow it to push into each pole and is really sturdy which ensures there is no droop or misalignment issue. My wife is delighted which is the most important thing so top marks from me.

I ordered some wallpaper rolls & adhesive from Fashion Interiors which arrived very quickly, at a good price and well wrapped. Arrived within few days via DPD and allowed me to get on with the job - had first contacted John Lewis who were unable to supply same paper for 4 weeks. The other 'plus' is the returns policy for spare paper. I ordered one extra roll safe in the knowledge I could return it if unopened but just needed it in the end so no experience of returning items and getting refund processed etc. Well done Fashion Interiors will be using you in the future.

We bought some William Morris Strawberry Thief design wallpaper for a feature wall. I've used Morris wallpaper before so knew it wouldn't be cheap. This is a premium product. We initially ordered two samples the cost being refunded when the rolls were purchased. The paper is very thick but is reasonably easy to work. I'd recommend cutting the lengths first to match before pasting and hanging. Despite what it says on the website it is the paper that needs pasting not the wall. I'd recommend using Sanderson's own paste despite the cost. It is very sticky but allows you to manoeuvre the paper for a while. The final grip is better than any other paste I've used. The match is not difficult but you will inevitably lose some paper along the way. The paper will trim with a very sharp knife. The final effect is fantastic. Morris designs are timeless. A quality product delivered quickly at an acceptable price.

Fashion interiors supplied us with some curtain rails, ordered online, they were delivered by courier the next day, amazing. I needed to order another, matching, curtain rail and the website said it was discontinued. I phones them, spoke to a very helpful lady called Dawn and managed to order the same rail in a different size as they are extendable. The blind was nice quality and fabric was nice. It arrived very quickly. Only issue really was the fitting of it. Yes it does fit the window but it doesn’t click into the velux fitting at the top of the window you literally get double sided tape to attach it , which if you’re alone makes screwing the side panels in very difficult The side panels also don’t come with holes in which is really unhelpful. Due to the poor fit I wouldn’t buy again. For all the issues i had fitting it I wish id just brought the branded blind.

Have ordered two Silent Gliss curtain rails (separate orders) and both arrived promptly by the specified date. They were both as specified in the orders. The rails were well packed in a thick cardboard tube. The fixtures were packed separately in a plastic envelope. For the second order several of the brackets, which are plastic, had been smashed. These were replaced by return when I phoned up. I simply had to provide a digital photo of the damaged items. Whilst the brackets were replaced promptly, better packaging with some protection would be preferable.
