We ended up being taken to BAB thanks to our daughter but had the best experience ever and Willow was left super duper happy with her Sally Teddy, currently watch Nightmare before Christmas. Big shout out to Nicola who was absolutely fantastic and made the whole experience so Brilliant for willow!! Kudos to this lovely woman :D

Visited the store during my break from work. The advisor that assisted me was Jennifer. She noticed that I was in my work uniform and subsequently in somewhat of a hurry and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted and my purchases sorted all whilst being very friendly and helpful. I've had a few bears from here over the years. Last week bought a Harry Potter bear. £23 for the bear and god knows how much spent on accessories

Visited on this occasion with my 9yrs old granddaughter who had a gift card to spend. She chose a blue star print dressing gown and matching slippers for her newly acquired bunny. Very delighted!

Staff were attentive to our two boys. Both have additional needs and were acting a bit difficult being in a busy centre but they helped them to join in with making their Pokémon and were calm and friendly. Thank you!

As an autistic person, build a bear is one of my favourite things but the shop isn't very autism friendly if you have sensory issues but the staff treat you the same when you are making your bear as any other customers like they do with anyone

BUILD A BEAR PARTY My niece had her 9th party at Build a Bear. When we arrived there was a sign with her name on, and one of the stuffing machines was fenced off just for the party so no waiting around. The staff were so friendly and engaging. There were a few games too which was nice. When it came to choosing the bears and accessories, the staff were really good in ensuring that the children knew which bears they could (or couldn't) have as part of the party package, and so we didn't have to get involved at all. They all really enjoyed themselves - would recommend.

My 4 year old loved it, the whole experience is nice even if a little pricey but with all the accessories fitting all the bears there is choice for any type of personality :) you can watch your bear get stuffed add a personalized message or choose a song/ phase for the bear to say when you press the hand ✋. Also can add its heart (after making a wish) then it's onto the hard part OUTFIT lol but will be a good idea for birthdays etc to keep your bear upto date with the latest styles. Will be back at the end of January for minis birthday she allowed choose the wardrobe and some skates on and a wheelchair... Choices are endless

Excellent service from the staff at Build-a-Bear Derby! Informative and not pushy after delivery of all the additional extras you can have; I said no and wasn't pressured into buying anything else optional. At the till, our bear had a fault and they swapped it immediately. Friendly staff and a nice place to go to for a special treat.

Pricey for what's on offer, didn't like how kept asking my kid about outfits and sounds etc jus kept bumping up the price, my kid can't even speak due to special needs so to get sounds out that plays songs she was all over it extra 4.50 for jus the sound don't get me started on price of outfits. Then the sound thing went after a week so came in to buy another to swoop it over wen I got home and was told can't purchase it without buying a bear :/

(Translated) What a wonderful store! As sober Dutchmen, we could indulge ourselves. The staff was super friendly. All nice cuddly bears, it was just great. (Original) Wat een heerlijke winkel zeg! Wij, als nuchtere Hollanders, konden ons hart ophalen. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Allemaal leuke knuffelberen, het was gewoon geweldig.
