S. M.First class service all the way. John was very helpful, informative and friendly. I had a go on the mattress machine and after he took me around a range of mattresses the machine recommended. He asked me my budget and stuck to it, never trying to up sell. I made my purchase and came away feeling very happy with the whole experience.

They helped with the questions we had and were able to provide a quick delivery turnaround for us. We were also able to get our old mattress recycled!

As I was looking to purchase a mattress, they offered to carry out an analysis into what type of mattress and firmness would suit me and my sleeping position.....and i was impressed!!!
It takes 3 minutes to complete, and then you're presented with a list of appropriate mattresses to try.
The attendant was extremely friendly and helpful (put not pushy). They gave me various options, pricing and recommended many divan bases too.
Very professional throughout and would really recommend a visit for anyone considering a new mattress purchase.

Sales person listened to requirements, made suggestions, gave us space to look and test, and then checked how we were doing and offered further assistance. D. W.When I first visited this store I felt it was just an ordinary bed store-nothing outstanding and rated it 3 stars. However after returning to the store I found it to be a better shopping experience altogether. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable and able to give advice on a range of beds whist giving you time to browse without trying to pressurise you into making a purchase. There is a machine in the store that measures you up and suggests several suitable mattresses for you to try. Bed chosen we had a drink of delicious hot chocolate whilst placing our order. The customer service we received was excellent. Thanks to Stuart and Joanne. We now look forward to our new bed being delivered.

L. H.Absolutely fantastic place. Held onto our bed for a few months because we had delays with our builders. Staff are lovely too. The mattress test is brilliant. We bought the wrong expensive mattresses for years. After the test we bought what they recommended. All I can say is WOW we love the new matresses too! Best nights sleep ever now.

He then offered us a drink and took us through the whole process with the bed analyser to bedding options. We then took our time deciding on the setup we wanted. Adam S then talked us through all the paperwork explain this option and that. All in all a very excellent, polite and friendly experience. Will recommend to anyone. But most off all a big thank you to Adam S for his kindness politeness and patience.
