Our cashier was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did she inform us that we wouldn’t need a primer coat, she also let us know how much we might need and she made sure to include any discounts we were eligible for as well. She probably saved us about 50% of what we were expecting to pay

Absolutely top notch service , advice and product. I phoned first and Victor the manager went through all the options of summerhouse paint. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Then I visited the store and was served by Victor and James , I received all the information on the brilliant Sikkens paint and brushes etc. Well, we are so impressed with this paint.Far more than the summerhouse will be getting a coat! I could see I didn't have quite enough so rang to order more and was helped by Emma, most efficient and professional. She emailed me a link to pay for the paint and its being dropped off at my home tomorrow, leaving me more time to get another coat on. Victor obviously leads by example here and it makes such a change to receive such excellent service from friendly and knowledgeable staff .I have reached the point where service is all to me. I will definitely be using this store again in the future and I will advise my family to switch to here too. Thank you.

I've been using this location for years for paint for our office. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and especially knowledgeable. Recently I have had cause to look to paint a new house. My first visit was a week or so ago about colors, and the younger gentleman helping me actually took me outside so I would understand the differences that lighting could make. (So helpful to a novice like me!) But I'm writing this review today because I wanted to say thank you to Vic. He was SO lovely, understanding, knowledgeable, and above all, PATIENT. I could tell you all how great the paint is (and it is) but the staff make all the difference, and it's why I keep going to the Derby location. You guys rock.
