After having a nightmare of an experience with TackleUK, a competitor, I ordered an expensive pole for international delivery and requested signed for delivery. I had to pay a little extra for the special delivery conditions, but it was the safest way to ensure that the terrible experience I had previously experienced would not reoccur with my new seller. The pole arrived within a week to Finland, and indeed I signed for it. Take note TACKLEUK, this is called customer service! Anyway, excellent from Nathan's, polite and swift to answer on the phone and a pleasure to deal with. Reordered a second set of items from them and hoping for a similar experience.

I can't praise Nathan and his team highly enough for their fantastic dedication to providing the very best after sales service. I bought a pole from him and after a few months, three sections had become stuck together after a days fishing in the rain. Nathan personally visited my home with a colleague and separated two sections, sending the other two off to be fixed and then dropping them off at home for me. Excellent service, so highly recommended and I will now be a lifelong customer that will sing their praises to anyone that will listen!

I found a fishing chair on the Nathan's of Derby website that didn't seem to be available anywhere else. I sent an email asking if it was in stock and received a reply within a few minutes confirming it was, and that if I ordered by 2pm it would be with me the next day. I placed the order and the chair arrived by mid-day the following day. Outstanding service from an excellent company.

Nathan's is a Fabulous Tackle Shop selling Tackle at Very Reasonable Prices compared to other Tackle Shops with the Bonus of Friendly and Informative Staff HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Bought a fox carp ambush pole from Nathans 9 months ago for an excellent price. Unfortunately the 4th section broke whilst fishing. Staff at Nathans told me to return the pole with a view to getting me a new section or a new pole from fox who had stopped making the pole.7 days later Nathans contacted me to say they could not get me a new section and asked if I would have it repaired and Nathans would make me a spare from two sections they have in the shop. I reluctantly agreed and was promised by Nathan that the pole would be returned repaired and with the extra section for weekend. This did not happen , I contacted the shop and was told it would be the following week. Following 14 days in Nathans I ended up with a repaired section and no spare 4th section as promised. Plenty of promises and excuses but the shop has let me down badly.
