My dogs love the pick and mix dog treats here. The range of natural chews is really good, they do interesting types of Twizzles, and their pricing is really reasonable. The staff are always happy to help, and are always smiling, which goes a long way, in my book

We took our rescue dog for his first groom today at the manor road store. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were so lovely with our timid dog...they said he soon calmed and enjoyed his experience. His coat was a bit knotty and matted and the girls have done an excellent cut and groom. I would highly recommend 👌. All the staff we have dealt with in the shop have been very knowledgeable and helped with purchases.... never pushy- just recommended the most appropriate brushes which were cheaper than the ones we selected. A very pleasurable shopping and grooming experience. Thank you

We were wary of leaving our two rescue dogs having never used a groomers and them never having visited a groomers before. We have two German Shepherd cross Huskies who needed some serious deshedding. After being recommended by a family member we decided to give it a go. The staff in there were lovely and after a brief chat I felt ready to leave our fur babies in someone else's care for the first time. The facility is safe and secure with large crates to contain the dogs whilst they await your return and an enclosed area for grooming. They have these little head cover things that cover the dogs ears when being dried so it's not noisy and scary and we're even kind enough to show me a video of how our boys got on. This reassured me so much and showed they really understood how I felt. As for the groom itself, wow! Our boys are silky smooth and so tidy. I don't know why I waited so long to enlist a groomer. Will deffinately be a returning customer. Thank you so much!

Thanks to the staff member today who shared with me information on car parking for the store, Wickes DIY Car Park opposite have started handing out fines to drivers using their parking for going to Kennelgate, so make sure you go into Wicke's and get something or park round the back of Kennelgate if the gates at the side are open. Really pleased to see nice big correct price labels up in this particular store.

Taken my little Yorkshire terrier for a much needed haircut, and her nails done. They were very pleasant and did a fantastic job. They were patient and very caring. My little doggy looked fantastic. Unfortunately you cant wait while they work, but my doggy wasn't in any distress while in there care.and was happy when I got there. Highly recommended pet store and groomer. My doggy smelt fantastic and looked great. I was so happy. thank you 👍😉🏅🥇⭐🌟

We take our dog to be groomed here, the service is fantastic and always do a great job. My only criticism is the place is so hot, no air conditioning must be awful for the staff working there. The back area where pets are groomed is air conditioned though.

I use this shop about once a month and always find the staff happy and helpful. Just left some medication in the cleaning area but did not notice until I got home. Phoned the shop to find they had already found it and stored it safely for me. Like I said very helpful. Keep up the good work.

A pet shop with a number of outlets. Always look clean and tidy they cater for most if not all types of pets. They don't sell any animals but supply all kinds of food, toys and accessories. Prices are competitive over a wide range. All staff are very friendly and very helpful.

I go every couple of months to this Kennelgate store for the groomers. They do an excellent job of clipping our springer spaniel and the staff are lovely and clearly enjoy their jobs. Only negative - the prices are a little bit high, but you are paying for the service.
