Lots of choice for children of all ages, love the interaction from the staff at the front of the shop, reminds me a bit of hamley’s. Not always the cheapest but some multi buy offers are excellent value for money. Staff always friendly and helpful

This is one of the biggest Toy Shops in the Intu Centre Derby. Prices are fine and the staff are friendly and helpful. If kids get in here they don't want to leave so you have been warned

I was in the shop twice before Christmas, both times buying Lego. There was a lot of choice on 6th December and obviously not so much on the 21st but I was very happy with what I was able to buy and our grandson loved it and spent two days building it up. But what I really wanted to thank you for was the excellent management of the payment queue on the 21st. It was a very long queue stretching halfway round the shop but someone was standing there directing customers to each next available till. The speed and efficiency of this created a wonderful friendly atmosphere in the shop - people chatting to each other while they waited - a really nice start to Christmas. Thank you. Marion

Staff are very friendly and bubbly. Reasonably priced and I like the fact they have such a wide variety of Funko pops. They have stuff that you can literally only find in America, Funko selection is probably the best I've seen. Plus I actually really respect that they aren't open on Sunday!

Better access in this toy shop with a friendly and less claustrophobic feel that Toy Planet. As a disabled person and in a wheel chair or scooter, the access to toys was easier and turning was easy in the aisle's. 5 stars for you over Toy Planet......

Very busy today! Think people have realised Christmas is nearly here. Queues at the till but staff were great. Asked for help to find a specific item and the assistant found it immediately.very pleased with my visit.One more thing ticked off list.
