D. M.Discovered this supplier when searching the net for wild bird seed and peanuts.Purchased from them and was pleasantly surprised.
The peanuts arrived within 2 days.They were first class and nice and fresh.No pieces of peanuts,all solid.Will buy other items as they are reasonably priced also.I do not have any pets,but the variety and prices for anyone who does is very good.
The free postage is another bonus.Just go down to the local Post Office and collect.I have no hesitation in buying from this company again.

M.Used this shop for several years ( even though we live on the other side of Derby !), especially as our dog likes their fabric "doughnut" shaped beds that they sell at really competitive prices compared to other pet stores. We have bought several of these pet beds over the years as they are great. We love how all the staff at Trusty Pet Supplies at Mickleover are always cheerful and helpful. Today, a doughnut bed I bought 5 weeks ago had split on a seam. I still had my receipt, so I popped it back to the shop to show them. The response was a swift - no problem, we will swap it for you. It was great to have this no hassle or no fuss approach to customer service. Highly recommend them to everyone - it is worth a trip across Derbyshire to see them !

J. W.I had ordered on a couple of previous occasions and was very satisfied with the quality , price and speed of delivery.
However, on attempting to place a second order I noticed at checkout that they were asking for £15 delivery charge so I didn’t complete the order.
I sent an email to query the charge and it was suggested that I check their directory.
I did, and it shows that my area AB34 is included in “out of courier area”. I don’t know what courier you use, but I get regular deliveries via Hermes, DPD and Yodel/Menzies none of which attract excessive charges.
I would like to point out that AB34 is less than 30 miles west of Aberdeen, and is certainly not classified as “Highlands”!!
Also Twootz make no delivery charge.
6.Ordered a sack of Sunflower Hearts. Prompt service, well packaged and reasonably priced. Cheaper than our local supplier so will be ordering again in the future.

J. P.The best food Edmonson 80/20 is the best food just ask my fussy boxer Lexi! She will only eat duck and occasionally chicken. She was usually fed Attu but when I saw Trusty Pet Supplies and saw there 80/20 I took a chance and bought the duck and the chicken. I needed have worried Lexi ate both. So now it's a regular order. Also free delivery which is great and so quick it's like having next day delivery. All in all can't fault the company or the food will definitely continue to purchase this food.
