Started a tropical fish tank, had few problems but Bob was brilliant told me what I needed to do and even tested my water for free. Bought some fish from Bob and still going strong. Would recommend him to anyone needing help or anything has everything you need under one roof..

This is a great local pet shop, it is well stocked with lots of different products. The aquarium area had no faults whatsoever it was very well stocked and all the fish were healthy. The aquariums were beautifully presented as well. I purchased 10 neon tetras and a beautiful Betta/Siamese Fighting Fish, they were very reasonably priced (£8 for 10 neon tetras and £5 for a Betta) and they are thriving in their new environment. The staff’s customer service was amazing and I will certainly be bringing all my business to this store!

Went here today for some gold fish after trying others stores and having rude service the owen was fantastic very welcoming and helpful let us pick which fish we wanted exactly would definitely go back in the future would recommend to anyone.

The Manager and staff are very knowledgable on fish and reptiles! I took my 4 year old autistic son to buy a pet and he was allowed to handle them all and choose what he felt comfortable with.All creatures were clean and looked healthy.I heard good reviews from friends in the past and was very pleased with the level of care and service provided,even got a small discount which is always a bonus! And to sum up,the shop is constantly busy which indicates they're doing it right.Only thing missing is perhaps a website ☺.

It's not bad for a small shop....you do some times have to be careful when buying livestock from hear I've heard many of times that the fish are on the last legs and may have white spot.
