Only sticking point is, that I felt told off because I hadn't brought carrier bags.... Didn't know to in effect.... This is no problem.... Dog is now at optimum weight and fitness at 6 years old. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful if you are worried or need advise as we did with being my new to raw feeding the staff put us on the right track ...thank you .
