The lady who help my daughter, fitted her with her pointe shoes was polite, knew what she was doing and had excellent customer service skills overall highly recommend using this store for purchasing clothes and fitting shoes I know I will be using them again. I certainly don't mind driving to Doncaster when you get excellent service.

j. l.From the moment we walked through the door we was welcomed . 30 minute appointment turned into over an hour. It’s was my daughters first pair of pointe shoes,and I felt you went above and Beyond to make sure they were perfect and she was happy.

G. J.Had a few problems knowing the type of ballet and tap shoes to order my daughter online due to covid. Gave it a shot but emailed the shop to let them know I’d struggled. Dan emailed back straight away, got my previous orders up, said based on previous orders he thought I’d made a mistake and would I like him to use his judgement to change my order. I said yes and he’s sent through the right shoes. Can’t get any better service than these guys. Nothing is too much trouble and to me that kind of service deserves loyalty from customers. I’ll never shop anywhere else for my girl’s dancing things.

L. W.Always great service here but even more so during lockdown. I ordered Bloch face masks (which are really good quality) and Dan and his team kept me informed of when they would be arriving and when they were posted out. I would highly recommend Pandr to everyone!

A.I ordered leavers hoodies from Pandr during the lockdown and simply cannot express how helpful and accommodating both Dan and Stevie were throughout the whole process, despite what a challenge it must have been to get stock never mind getting the hoodies printed and delivered in time!
