Recently replaced our carpet with hard flooring from this company. Very pleasant husband and wife team in the shop, very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Very quickly from placing our order two young men came and fitted our floor. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with it. We will certainly use this company again when we need new floor coverings.

Recently moved to the area and googled searched a local carpet shop and fitter after being ripped off with a quote from Carpet Right. Last Thursday Carpet Vault (Floor Serve) came to fit my dining room with Kardean Art Select Herringbone flooring. From walking into the shop in Carcroft I had the best service of all the shops I visited to give me a quote. Everyone was so friendly and very informative.
