Richard is an Asset to Wilson's carpets. Would not want any one but him to sort any future purchases from Wilson's.

His customer service is second to non and made sure we got the right products for each room on the house. He kept us up to date with delivery and carpet fitters. Extremely happy

S. W.We have shopped with Wilson's for years. We have recently had new carpets in the lounge, landing and stairs and laminate in the hall. We are happy with the quality of the carpets and laminate but feel the customer service has been very poor compared to previous experiences. The laminate fitter, Andy was excellent but the carpet fitters were grumpy and charged extra for moving the setters which I understand they are entitled to do but we weren't warned about this in the shop. The beading provided for the laminate was not the colour we ordered but we accepted what was sent as we wanted the job done. When we returned unused laminate to the shop and mentioned these things there was no apology, just a shrug and must have been ordered wrong. We always have used Wilson's as it's advertised as a family firm but it has just become one of the chains. Disappointed

C. H.Good prices and range of flooring depending what you're looking for. Used Wilson's twice now for carpet and vinyl and couldn't be happier with work carried out. Service in store was good letting you know they are there if you need help but no pestering, book you in for fitting asap. The negative reviewer on here may have had issues but not one point they made was relevant to my two experiences with Wilson's so I would disregard the review if I were you! Of course, you need to take out furniture and old carpet to prep for fitting but that is expected as they don't discard of old carpets for you. I intend to use Wilson's again anyway and I would recommend them.

Was served by rebeka, she was knowledgeable and efficient, pleasant and not pushy, we bought a mlily harmony mattress and pillow, the mattress is fantastic really supportive and the pillow the same, it as cool lining so great in this weather, great service, the driver called 15 minutes before arriving and was helpful telling us to roll out mattress and leave for at least 4 hours before use, thanks.
