Paul and his team did a fabulous job of fitting my sitting / dining room this morning. Arrived sharp ( definitely a good start ) and right into lifting my old carpet and underlay. Next thing, carpet is fitted, hoovered and advice given. Very professional. It's looking lovely 😁😁two happy bunnies 😁😁.

Chloe was fantastic. With no pressure she showed us the products and answered questions we had. She even loaned us the sample to try in the house to see what it looked like with our decor so we could make a better decision. She took care of all the details and even sent to fitter to the house to ensure we had everything covered. Fast and friendly service is much appreciated. Review for carpet fitter- in the past, we've been unfortunate to have fitters who try and get away with shoddy work and covering up mistakes. Not so with Paul and his team. Three times we had problems with the vinyl that was delivered and each time, Paul immediately brought it to our attention so a new piece could be ordered. Friendly, polite and extremely professional. Highly recommended.

Not taken delivery of our carpet yet but I must give 5 stars for the service from ordering samples, reciept of these and then calling carpetright who amazingly these days answered the phone pretty quick. It was answered by Carl in the Dunfermline store who really was excellent - he was honest with me in terms of delivery time expectations and when he didnt know the answer to a question he went away and got me the right answer quickly. He gave good old fashioned customer service which seems rare these days. Very impressed with Carpetrights whole sales process here including follow up emails....Hope my carpet is as good!

Called into the Dunfermline branch and got great advice and ideas from Kathleen. She was very patient, showed us various samples and then arranged a surveyor to attend our house. The surveyor turned up the following day, as arranged and spent ages making sure everything was measured correctly. The carpet fitter turned up on the planned day, emailing us the night before to give us a time, and him and the two young lads did a brilliant job of fitting the upstairs landing carpet, as well as a runner on the stairs. They even planed an airing cupboard door, which was catching, as well as hoovering up afterwards. All in all, a really good and hassle free experience of getting a carpet fitted. JH, Dalgety Bay.

Today I called your branch and I had an amazing experience with your staff member over the phone! I'm sure her name was Isla. Isla was fantastic and extremely helpful so I popped into store. She made me feel welcome and at ease when I found myself in a situation where I didn't know what I wanted. She helped me narrow down specifics of what I wanted each of my rooms to look and once I finalise my ideas, I shall be coming back in to purchase. She should be an interior designer as she helped me find out about things I liked I didn’t even know! I highly recommend when you go into store to ask for this lady as she opens your mind to ideas you would NEVER have thought about!
