J. M.Nice clean store with perfect implementation of social distancing with protection for both staff and customers. Kevin was great and helped us choose the perfect mattress. Good range of products and knowledgeable staff. I hadn't intended on purchasing there and then but the customer service and lack of any pressured sell made me confident this was the right choice. Couldn't recommend more highly!
M. D.There is sanitiser and masks at the entrance for customers and the store is well laid out that allows social distancing to be maintained. The friendly and polite member of staff, Gus, knew what he was talking about and explained how mattresses are constructed and assisted us in making our final choice. There is a good range on display and current pricing is very attractive. For a small additional charge they will take away our old mattress when they deliver the new one. I would definitely recommend this store.

M.My partner and I had gone into the Dunfermline store over the bank holiday without the intention of buying at first as we wanted to look around but we were warmly greeted at the door by a young lady Susan with a lovely smile. We tried out the gadget sleep machine at the back which was a great experience and purchased a mattress that was recommended. Brilliant happy environment in the store, the Manager made us coffees and chatted about the Army, which brought back some memories for me. Definitely be back. A+ service.

H.After my horrific experience with your Livingston store, I just wanted to say that today I went to your Dunfermline store and was served by Debbie who was fantastic, she helped us choose some items and found what we couldn't, she was friendly and approachable and the whole atmosphere of the store was much lighter and friendlier. The manager spoke to us too and the rest of the staff said goodbye as we left. It was night and day experience compared to your Livingston store. Debbie told us she has not long been in the Dreams company but loved her job and it shone through with the service she provided. There should be a Debbie in every store and about 5 of her in Livingston!
Just thought this feedback should be voiced as well as the bad one i sent you about Livingston.
M. C.Store well spaced out. Staff know what they are talking about and explain how the mattresses are made up. In the scheme of things not overly priced and a good range. They take away old mattress and recycle for a small fee. They bring in new bed and mattress and take old one away-no need to do anything.
M. M.Bought a lovely bed from here and also a mattress for another bed. The staff are really helpful. A large show room with a great selection of beds to choose from. No problem with parking and accessibility. The company arrange delivery.
