I was worried at first, as I'd heard some bad reviews. The sales guy was lovely, the carpet arrived on time and the fitters did a wonderful job. I was very pleased.

I was in Homebase and noticed there was a Tapi flooring. I had a quick look about and was helped by Lee. I told Lee I didn't come in for a carpet but this didn't bother him, he answered questions I had and even offered refreshments. I didn't buy any carpet as I wont be ready until next year but I want to leave a review about the excellent service I got while I was in the store. I will definitely be back.
