Fantastic service throughout from Bill and the team, and really couldn't be happier with the resulting carpets! Bill helped us choose the right sort of carpet for each room, and helped us pick out unusual colour samples :). Really happy with the price too, no hidden fees or surprise readjustments to cost like you get with some businesses. Nothing was too much trouble for them, would 100% recommend them.

Loved the attentive service. The owner came to my home with samples and didn't get frustrated by my indecision. No hard sell whatsoever. Just good, old fashioned customer service. I'm very happy to have a small local company to rely on. I only hope they can offer credit terms as I now need a new living room carpet and kitchen flooring. Highly recommend.
