Good range of books but slightly limited on the range of classics. Excellent childrens section and I purchased two books as gifts for my granddaughters. Plenty of space to browse and service was efficient with pleasant staff.

Went in looking for a specific book that our daughter was asking for as a Christmas present. Had a look to try & find it myself but ended up asking the staff and they took me straight to it. Reasonably priced, large selection, check amazon before buying anything as can be a lot cheaper. Also check books before buying as people go for a read and damage covers and pages

There seems to be a theme in waterstones bookshops. The staff always appear to be knowledgeable about the books they are selling and snippets about the authors. They know where their stock is. They are willing to spend time with you to look at new authors. Thank you ladies. 😊 another incredibly fruitful visit and three new authors home with me. Please keep up the fantastic work.

This is a fabulous shop with any kind of book you are looking for on its shelves. The kids stuff is extensive; stories, educational, games and activity books as well as the adorable Jellycat soft toys. My daughter wants them all! The staff are always on hand to help too.

Clean, spacious, relaxing ... it's a great for my kids to go there and buy a book. Yep you can probably buy online cheaper but you don't get the experience of actually buying a book and walking away with it in your hand.

A traditional bookshop with loads of interesting books from lots of different genres. The atmosphere is conjusive to browsing the titles without some jobsworth asking if you are alright and do you need a hand?
