Staff here were absolutely top class. Matt gave up a lot of his time to make sure we got the products we needed at the best price possible and made the whole process straight forward. We were served by 3 different staff members throughout the process of buying flooring and carpets for our full house and I have to give huge praise to the staff across the board. I'd highly recommend their Durham store and will return in the future. Thanks Matt and the team.

Unable to measure fit or deliver due to lockdown, fair enough, but unwilling to set any appointment for anytime after. Basically told 'were open but we're not selling anything' I think they were lacking communication from head office, put me off going back after lockdown.
