Great range of goods and foodstuffs. Major brands at reasonable prices with lots of choice. Clean and easy to browse. Best part of this store are the staff. The girls are so helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and have lots of time for you and the dog, in my case. Relaxing and cheerful to deal with.

A very large store selling all pet and equine requirements as well as small pets. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The business has ample free car parking and staff are always happy to help you carry purchases to your car. The only downside is that the business won't let you pay over the phone for telephone orders meaning that you have to make a double trip to place/collect an order ( other than what you can order from their website).

Noticed tins of Canagan dog food were significantly cheaper on their site than in my local pet stores, so ordered a load. Came within two days and had good communication from them throughout the process. Very happy customer.

A very good selection for reptiles and aquatic lovers. I was very surprised at the price of tropical fish here . There's not a big selection of fish, but it's well worth a look if you're passing and there's some reptiles aswell.

Blown away by how quickly I got my delivery. I have a dog with a health condition who has very recently been moved onto new prescription food. My normal supplier was delayed and with the bank holiday coming up I was going to run out and getting really worried. I placed an order for the food with Pet n Pony at 2:30pm with standard delivery and it was delivered the next day! Literally blown away - they have saved me a stressful Weekend !!

Great service. Everything you need for any pet and if they don't have stock they order in. From reptiles to small furrys to cat dog and pony. Sell restricted high end products for worms and fleas for ANY animal. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful and always love making a fuss of the dog. Yes friendly pets are welcome also

Amazing store stocking almost everything you could want or need. I have trouble finding accessories and tack for my very large horse. Found lots of items here on extra full size. Really lovely staff too.

Good selection. Not the cheapest shop I have been to. There is a decent selection of different pet items from horses to fish and birds / reptiles. They have just remodeled the back of the store and now sell tropical fish and goldfish. The prices for the fish are actually very reasonable for example 2 angelfish for £8.80. I go in to see the aquarium stuff personally they sell some really nice aquariums I can't exactly say how much they are as I didn't really notice a price. They also sell budgies and reptiles but I didn't see any reptiles when I went in. The store is just beside tesco in the industrial estate they do have parking as well.

I placed an order online for rug and was kept up-to-date with the progress of the order and shipment on a daily basis. Fab service, quick delivery and excellent communication, and the item was the best price! Perfect!

Large shop which is 2 industrial units well stocked with specialist horse and pet supplies. They do a very good dog bed, large ones suitable for big Labradors, and they are only £15 each.

I come here every month for my dried dog food. And having 3 dogs have found they are the most reasonably priced for jwbl and they also have the large scales you see at the vet as i weigh my large breed dog every few months.The service that the staff provide has always been exellent. Speaking from my experience i cannot recommend this store enough.

Great pet shop, we go in for dog stuff and always come out with something extra to what we went in for. It's not the cheapest place but the items have always been good quality and they have some things that are a bit different to the big chains.
