MY VISIT TO NEW ARNISON CENTRE PREMISES ( 5/8/24 )..... this entry is out if chronological sync but too late to alter it now !! Very pleased to recognise familiar face Tiffany soon after arrival and she reassured me that those members of staff from Tesco Extra had been given new posts in the New store if they wished to be kept on This was the good news ! In all truth there wasn't anything bad to report about my visit yesterday other than I wanted to voice my displeasure in using up much of my paper £5 voucher in petrol money to visit the store when previously I could do this online and get the full benefits of the discount. The person who listened most attentively and patiently to this outpouring of mine was a new female employee to me , LAURA She sympathised with my view but politely said that it was the intention of Pets at Home to get more customers to visit the store which i fullly understood , thereby helping to keep the existing staff in work for as long as possible. I was very impressed with her attitude towards me and I told her so. She had only joined the company in July of this year and seemed to me to possess the all the managerial qualities of someone a good deal experienced than she indeed was. A pleasure to talk and be served by you this evening Laura Regards , Ellis Coxon ............................................. Ill be sad to see you go on 13h Feb Store to close in Tesco so I hear ! Hope lovely staff have been safely redeployed elsewhere. What a painfully honest and awe inspiring individual I met in pets at home the other day. It wasn't you Eleanor ( the subject of this review ) but that remarkable boss of your's Martin. He told me you'd passed all your exams in record time and were a great asset to the company. From what little I've seen of you pet ( sorry about that ! ) I must concur. By the way your colleagues Bethany and Tiffany r also superb I'll drop into the Arnison some day and hope to see some familiar faces !! Best wishes ELLIS COXON.

A pets at home inside of a shop which won’t allow you to take your pup in. It’s a good job the staff are great in here otherwise it’d have been a 1 star review. The toy copper at the entrance proper shouted across two dozen people to tell me there’s no dogs allowed on me way out… tryna show es up… Shoulda been doin ya job properly when a came in with mine then shouldn’t ya, you utter jockey!

Very helpful and friendly staff. It usually stocks what I need for my cat and dog. My only concern is that Pets at Home generally is becoming expensive and it's often cheaper to buy stuff through online suppliers.

Love this store it’s so convenient and the staff are fantastic I always ring to make sure the dog food is in stock and 9/10 it’s always in any they will happily keep it to one side for you so handy
