Z.This is quite a large Waterstones compared to ones I've been to before and has a lot of variety, from the usual books to manga and vegan cooking. Would definitely recommend just having a browse every once in a while to get some more ideas on what to read and then ordering them from Amazon! Believe me, it will save you quite a few quid.
K. K.Great window display drew me in and the sales assistant was very helpful in tracking down the titles I wanted. I also got informed and enthusiastic commentary on two of my choices. Very satisfied with the range of books and the level of customer service.
Z. S.Some good texts on sale. They have a good stock of novels etc, occasionally have some children's books out of stock. Children's section is quite good, although Newcastle and Metro Centre branches are slightly better. They stock a nice range of gifts at rhe back of the store, including jigsaw puzzles and orchard toys

p. w.Staff are always superb, my son is autistic and Loves reading... Staff always make a fuss of him and listen to all his little stories he tells! Visit everytime we are in Durham every few months.
