We walked into the Crest and felt immediately at home! Their friendly staff helped us as we wondered this wonderful shop for just the right gifts for our loved ones at home. They house so many items that would make a fine gift for most any one! The prices were so fair that we.even got gifts for ourselves!. This great shop could probably save you both a lot of money and even walking if you stopped in to have a look! As Always, Enjoy!

Great customer service. Meiju found the right size t-shirts for my great granddaughter and my niece. Also the Crest has such a large selection of Scottish clothing and souvenirs at very reasonable prices, no wonder tourists and locals shop there.

Went there for kilt outfits today 27th July 2013. Me and my 2 sons. We bought 3 outfits and a kids outfit. Along with other accessories. When I called to make arrangements to go from Ayrshire to Crest I spoke to Bobby. He told me that Kash would deal with me when we arrived and to ask for him. Kash was very welcoming and helpful and Tom and Mike were appointed to assist us. These guys were very helpful understanding and professional Crest has some excellent employees there. Customer services was the best I have experienced in my long life in Scotland. I would not hesitate to commend this shop to anyone if you are looking for kilts, or other Scottish dress or clothing. Thanks Kash, Tom, Mike and Bobby, you made a trip from Ayrshire on a wet Sunday very enjoyable and worthwhile. Thanks Bobby, Steven, Stuart and Yvonne.

I was very disappointed when I shopped from this store 2 years ago.i decided not to visit again just because they did not offer us more free bags.This year I came with my mum again we had Fantastic Customer Service by the staff specially by Meiju.We are delighted to visited your store again.
