r. s.Wonderful service and beautiful store. Staff are helpful and able to help with design and inspiration. Every time we have been in it's been a wonderful experience and the paint colours are truly beautiful
L. M.Excellent service and advice from Farrow and Ball once again (spoke to Beth today). For those of us who aren't professional decorators, it's so helpful for confidence to be able to speak to an expert and gain current and relevant advice that is tailored to your own particular project.
Also, the paint is great; less toxic than others and goes on well.

A. M.Service was a bit lacking. Wasn't greeted by either of the two assistants who were at the desk. Browsed for a little bit, with no help. Watched two male customers walk in at separate times and were greeted and helped...a bit odd, to say the least. Three stars for the beautiful paint colours.
