Toys, food, accessories, you name it, they seem to have it! The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The range on offer is great and prices are okay. They also have a vet inside and the groom room. I'm giving 5 stars because there isn't much to complain about. They have more products for dogs and cat but you can't blame them as most customers will own one. Having said that they have fish tanks for example and live fish to choose from. I personally don't own pets and do not like the idea of them, but I respect some people do and this place caters very well for them.

Very helpful and friendly staff! I would like to thank the staff who managed to squeeze an appointment in for my dog miso. They did an awesome job and very professional! The girl offered advice on what brushes to use on my dog and showing so much care. Highly recommended!

Great place to shop for pet supplies! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and we found almost everything we needed for my flatmate’s new dog (and came out well under the budget). They also appeared to have an excellent selection of supplies for cats and smaller pets.

Pets at Home is my only port of call for my beloved colony of cats!! Everything I need is available from this shop, and there is plenty of parking meaning you don't have to lug heavy bags of cat litter very far. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. It's a great shop for all your furry companion's needs!!

Love this store. One of the best I've been too. Only criticism is selection and stock. For cats and dogs they're great! For small animals... Not so much, the prices for them are very high and most the time not suitable (eg, we baught a gerbil cage for 2, and were told it was the minimum size needed. It was 4x smaller than the minimum required for 2 gerbils. This was £40) The small animals themselves are great, young and seem to be treated well, the staff also checked them before we adopted them too. Ensuring that they're in good health and informing us of their sex. Also very reasonably priced for the animals themselves. Don't get me wrong. There is a very good selection of items for small animals. It's just they're quite repetitive eg different versions of the same treat or tunnel. Which is good. Although, varied items and boredome breakers would be good boredom. Personally I think pets at home as a whole, not just this specific branch should update their stock to meet the current standards of health and safety of their small animals. Overall, would highly recommend. Very friendly, welcoming, calm and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable shopping environment. Occasionally their lines are long although, I've not had to wait longer than 5 minutes so far. Although, I can imagine them getting long during peak hours. Should seek to improve their current stock to the minimum requirement standards and improve their prices to be more reasonable, especially with regards to tanks.

Not very bad experience overall but they could do some improvements. It’s not far from my house and it’s comfortable for me to get there. What I didn’t like was that for the amount of money you pay you could get more information and assistance, I felt rushed almost all the time I went there and didn’t get all the info I wanted about the procedure and my pet. It’s busy all the time and sadly you don’t get the attention you seek.

Very impressed by the click and collect service. I ordered a dog crate on Tuesday and picked it up Saturday. I got emails at every stage telling me order had been received, goods were at deport, goods were at warehouse and finally at the store. When I went to collect it, the crate was sitting waiting for me beside the checkout and a pleasant young assistant carried it to the car for me. I am a totally satisfied customer.

Great place if you need anything for your pet. Very kind staff helped me with choosing the right food for our cat. The store is pretty spacious and you are likely to find everyghing from the top brands for your pet. The first floor is occupied by the vet. So you can get your pet everything in one place. Huge car park where you always find a spot. Highly recommended.

One of the groomers Maria is an absolute Angel my lil Lhasa apso was put through hell before we got him n would not let anyone near his coat he had even bit he was so matted I actually thought I would have 2 get him sedated nope Maria removed all his hair n Matt's in 2 sitting and dec has his 3rd groom this month I was absolutely terrified of the thought of leaving him but he loves going there n he adores Maria the selection of pet food beds brushes they have is amazing the staff are all lovely would recommend 100%

I was genuinely concerned that my very nervous dog would be upset with a grooming, we can't do anything with her at home and taking her here was a last resort. The staff were excellent! My dog is Matt free and came out as happy as ever without being upset at all. I don't know what they did with her but i am thrilled with the results, the manageress who i spoke to when booking the appointment was so reassuring, kind and patient with all my questions. When i had given my husband the wrong time to take the dog in today they were still happy to see her, i genuinely can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much ladies we will absolutely be back! This beach of pets at home is very big and has a massive shop, a vet practice and a grooming service. They have everything you need for your pets and their staff is very friendly and approachable. Prices are average, I would not say is the cheapest but they are the same as other similar places. We take our cat here for his check ups etc and we are happy with the service.

They have live animals! :-) Rabbits and Guinea pigs which I initially missed as they are at front of the store. Went to the back and found all the fish and the creepy crawlies. My wee boy loved them. It's like going to a small zoo. They have meet the pet times and adopt a pet corner. Very impressed with quality of cleanliness and of habitat for fish and small animals. Not as big as Kinnard Park but has most things.
