We were at the Library to exchange our kids books. Caught up with Ian who we know from rime time and my daughter ended up entering the Easter holiday trail. Great to see see a covid safe environment with screens and also hand sanitisation throughout the library.

Lovely local library, very kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Fully wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the front.
Pre-pandemic this was a fantastic place to hang out with your children with a very well stocked children's reading area. There were consoles which could be hired, rhyme time sing along sessions for the wee ones and a Lego club which was really busy.
Access to computers, newspapers and photocopying on offer as well as a drop in centre for the local politician.
Toilets and free sanitary products were on offer with educational classes held upstairs.
Sadly, a lot of these things have been hit by the pandemic. There are decent safety measures in place and as of September '21 it uses the QR code method of checking in with a drop off box for book returns.

Fabulous! Top class service from a talented, professional and friendly guy, who will go out of his way to help with whatever issue you bring to his shop. I can't recommend him highly enough!
