What a lovely store! Judy was sooooo helpful and friendly and had great product knowledge. She was able to find the exact pencil case I was looking for, explained its features and helped me pick up all the matching lovely things! Will definitely be back! 😁

My daughter loves this shop, and the girl working there noticed I needed assistance in selecting gifts and immediately helped out, pointing out all the excellent promotions and reduced price items.. wish there were more of these branches around Edinburgh as I dont get into the city centre too often, but then maybe my customer service wouldn't have been so exemplary...

Good shop, although be prepared to take a deep breath on the prices! Staff could be more helpful. It was as if they were too busy to give any time at all... first time the person had just started and did not fully know the answers to our questions, which was fine but she was slightly abrupt and this was after finishing on her phone. Second time it was clear unpacking a box was more important.

Heaven for little girls! A small shop crammed with glittery things that girls like and water bottles and backpacks for boys and girls. Quite hard to move around as it's full of stuff!
