P. B.What's not to love about Lego? What's not to love about the Lego store? The new one at the St James Centre in Edinburgh is a must-go-to place after Edinburgh Castle or Arthur's Seat. Superb and friendly service and nothing too much trouble. Had issues with my VIP card that was swiftly sorted out involving calls to customer services. Special thanks to James, Ellie and assistant manager Jordan. Well done!
M. M.Lovely tidy store. Very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff. We had a fantastic conversation with the store manager. We are from South of England and were visiting Edinburgh and were given great advice on places to visit. We were also asked if there was anything we needed help with while browsing items.
You can't buy staff like that. Wonderful. Thank you for making our experience more than just a transaction.

The staff in the Lego Shop in Edinburgh are extremely kind, patient and welcoming. They constantly engage with him and truly make it a wonderful experience taking him around the shop. R. H.Great store! The two members of staff who served us were brilliant! Nice lady who let our 5 year old play with an ipad controlled car and a nice lad who served us on the till. Store was clean and well stocked and tidy. Really great experience.
C. E.One of the friendliest and cleanest shops I've been to in the area. The floor was very easy to navigate, and they had plenty of built models to give you a sense of scale. They also had some custom-built models the staff had done themselves, which is always great to see. The staff alone are a reason to pop in.
