Would like to thank Brian at Airsprung Beds Factory Shop for the great service provided, to the minute we walked into the showroom, to the installation of our bed, furniture and carpet, which has transformed our bedroom. Great price, great choice, everything we required, made easy by his knowledge of all the products. Delivery date was as planned and installation effortless, superb job. Myself and my wife are now a walking advert for this business.

When it came to delivery and fitting the team were bang on time and gave us advice on how to look after our bed. Quality luxury brand name mattresses at brilliant prices. Just bought an MLily oil gel orthopaedic mattress to match my MLily pillows. Fab! This guy knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

Bought a bed from here recently, picked the type of bed I wanted right down to the material, drawers and type of mattress. Great quality and they keep you informed on how things are coming along (I ordered mine after covid-19 hit). I was a bit nieve on how long picking a bed would take. What a great service 5 star from Brian at Airsprung Beds. I called in the morning asking what they had in stock as I needed a bed quite urgently, Brian agreed I could pick the bed up that day just to give him a couple of hours to sort things out as it was a floor model. I went up to shop to select bed and pay and realised the bed was bigger and heavier than I thought, I wasn't going to manage to get it delivered and rebuilt in the time I had. Even though I came in at the last minute and normal delivery should have been a day or so at earliest Brian very kindly said he would deliver it himself after work that day and build it back up for me. I know I was very lucky to get this done and that it couldn't/wouldn't happen as the norm but what a star he was for doing it. He arrived when he said he would with most of the bed already built, put the finishing touches with head board, mattress etc and was in and out in about 15 mins. What a life saver, thank you so much Brian. I will certainly use again and refer to friends and family- although I'll make sure I give him the notice that he deserves in future. Thanks again for your kindness in helping me out I really appreciated it.

Good advice re bed for my grandson. Didn't try to oversell me anything. Delivered, assembled and all rubbish taken away. Came when he said he would which is extremely rare these days. Great customer service.

Best place to go, so so helpful and friendly when choosing the right mattress and no pushy sales pitch, plenty of time to look and expert advice given. Went to look on the Thursday and mattress was delivered at 9a.m on the Sunday morning as promised. Thank you again and I would highly recommend Airsprung Beds Factory shop
