What a great service from these guys. The range of quality beds is supreme compared to the cheap ones you can get online. I got my daughter a bed from here and recieved top class service. Spoke with Jamie who gave me a great offer on the bed she wanted. A good quality mattress included! It was delivered the very next day, and built to perfection for free by the friendliest and most helpful guys. 10/10 it was such a good experience from start to finish. Im ready to go visit the showroom for my new bed and i know i will get a quality bed at a fair price. If you want a luxurious sturdy great quality bed then get it from here. I wouldnt go anywhere else to be honest. The free delivery and building of the bed is excellent you dont get that everywhere.

Excellent service from start to finish and I love our new bed, it’s beautiful and fabulous quality (plus hides a multitude in the storage below). The two guys doing the delivery and fitting were brilliant, access to house and the bedroom upstairs were a challenge to navigate with such a large and heavy bed and they did it with good humour and no complaints. Thank you so much, I would highly recommend your services.

Bought my daughters bed from here from start to finish the experience was fantastic took my daughter in to have a look and the manager Jamie was fantastic with her he showed her all the options of colours and even informed her that she could have diamanté buttons he was really patient and walked her through her options he was even willing to hold the bed for two weeks to allow me time for the new carpet coming the delivery and build service is second to none the guys that delivered the bed were really polite and knew exactly what they were doing bed was built quickly and efficiently honestly can't rate these guys enough and the quality of my daughters bed is incredible will definitely be going back to zivallo for my next bed. Thanks again guys 5 star service one very happy little girl 😁👍

In the shop they have a nice selection of quality beds and various mattresses. Guy in the shop was bang on and have no complaints. Nothing worse when the sales teams in places are really pushy which this wasn't. We got a ottoman and a mattress at a great price. Better than anywhere else by far. Although to be fair as it was being used in a spare room it was just a basic mattress, although even that is pretty comfy and I could sleep on it without any complaints. Delivery guys were spot on as well and they build the bed as part of your sale which is an added bonus. In future would always look here first when looking for a new bed.

Left it a month before i left my review just to make sure all was well. i seen zivallo on instagram initially and beds caught my eye. As they had a store it filled me with confidence as i could actually go and have a good look. In the actual showroom they had lots of beds to view. The staff could not have been more helpful, the lady showed me lots of material options. They actually left me to look around which was great as i hate being pressured. I had seen a few beds i really liked and the storage options were perfect and exactly what i needed. I went in the following week to make my final choice and placed my order. I ordered the luca storage bed and I also purchased the 3000 pocket mattress as the deal they gave me on it was amazing. The bed arrived just over 3 weeks, great communications pre delivery and they were flexable with my dates which was great. The delivery guys were fantastic, they made up the bed for me as promised. The bed itself was perfect, quality amazing and exactly the same as i had seen in the showroom. This place was not the cheapest i had seen nor was it the most expensive, overall very good value for money in every way for what you get. Took me a few weeks to get used to the mattress as expected, now the mattress feels perfect and its the best sleep i have had in years. I would absolutely recommend zivallo

We needed 4 beds for our new house. However it was not as easy as it seems as our rooms all had funny sizes. We went to the showroom armed with measurements. Jamie in the showroom honestly could not been more helpful. We sat with jamie for over an hour easy and his advice was amazing, he advised us as to sizes what would suit and what space we would have left etc. He clearly was not interested in pushing us buy things we did not need, he actually gave us what suited us and not him... i can honestly say he probably saved us about £500 by doing it his way.... A really nice genuine guy and a great laugh too. As expected beds all arrived on the date he said, all beds and mattresses are amazing in all aspects. A very big recommendation for me and i will be sure to mention zivallo to anyone who needs a bed. Thankyou so much for all your help and the very best of luck on the new store opening.

Great quality storage bed. The 4 gas lifters they use on thier storage beds sealed the deal for me. My last storage bed had only 2 and was a nightmare. Lady instore were very flexible, i did not want the foot end on my bed as i had space issues in my room and they done that for me. Price was good, free delivery and assembly they gave me was the deal clincher.

I got my storage upflit bed from here. Jamie was brilliant through out. The beds on display were very good quality, the storage bases were very sturdy. Surprised at how easy the whole process was. Delivery boys were brilliant also, they even helped take my old bed out before they brought the new one in.

Must have went to about 10 shops over a month trying to get a storage bed. Seen this online and went to see them. Got a bed i fell in love with, i wanted a floor to celling headboard but also wanted storage... jamie (the manager) sorted that out for me ... they actually custom made the bed for me, one that no one else has. Quality, value and general all round service was immense even when i was a fussy so and so! Well done keep it up guys

Thoroughly Reccomended. Lots of choice, actually to much choice :-) Had been looking for weeks for the right bed and popped in here and found it. Very good value for money compared tonehat else we had seen. Even the 3000 pocket mattress we got was a lot better value here than we had seen elsewere by miles. The staff are very very helpful. The bed was delivered on time and as expected, overall very happy with the service and our bed. So in short 100% we would recommend to everyone. xxxx

A little mix up on my first bed, they had sent the wrong colour. Credit to jamie the manager he actually turned the issue around in 3 days and got the correct bed to me. Credit to them again, I had threw my old bed out so they actually gave me a bed to sleep on for a few days until my new bed came. Mistakes happen anywhere but the way it was dealt with was amazing. New bed is perfect, thanks again.

We seen zivallo beds online, came in to thier store to see the beds and as they promised the amount of beds they had on display was true as they claimed. The quality of thier beds was very good. The value for money aspect was fantastic compared to other shops we had been to prior. We paid £695 for our bed from here and seen many similar beds at the national chains that charge twice that for the same bed.

Wow So many 1 star reviews from the "luxury bed company" on here. Pretty sad and pathetic from the luxury bed companys point to stoop this low. However after looking at the luxury bed companys website i seen the richardson bed at £1195, i managed to get the exact same bed from Zivallo beds but about £500 cheaper... No wonder the luxury bed company is spitting thier dummy out. Zivallo Beds were brilliant, the bed was on display, on point and they have a showroom (LUXURY BED COMPANY DONT), So after seeing these 1 start reviews it actually made me go to zivallo, a bit of a own goal for Luxury Bed Company here. 5 Stars from me for Zivallo Beds.

Guys dont believe the fake reviews on here, just go into thier showroom and you will soon see this place is the real deal. Its not a small place, its a massive showroom, Even i was taken a back at the size. There is no way they would be doing what they do if they were dodgy as the fake reviews claim. Found them Very professional and even down to thier delivery team who had company uniforms on and their delivery vans actually have thier company logos on them. 10/10 from us.
