I have reccomended this lovely shop to everyone I know. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about animals and are so welcoming, nothing is a bother to them. They will give you advice and help you with anything you need to know, the staff are honestly so pleasant, shout out to millie who is absolutely adorable too :) I will 100% continue to use this little shop.

The whole experience from browsing, ordering and taking home our animals was incredible. The kindness shown by all 3 members of staff we dealt with was a true delight and the knowledge given was unmatched. fantastic staff. fantastic choices of products ♥️💯. I will be shopping for my little westie jocks dry mix food and toys from now on 👍♥️. they sell a dry mix called millies mix he absolutely loves it ♥️. he actually got a lovely waterproof coat from there for his Xmas.

We've purchased our hamster here back in november. we couldn't be more happy, he's so smart, sweet and beautiful. We had hamster in the past purchased in pets at home but she was very stressed and not healthy. You can clearly see that animals in this shop are treated so good and the breeders they get their animals in are very responsible breeders. I would definetly shop here again and reccomend it!

Only met one member of staff the day I bought Marco the budgie. Lovely lady and clearly caring of her "stockflock'. Not the cheapest, not expensive clearly as they are running a sound business. Called today months after my bringing Marco home. Had a few questions and got loads of answers and advixe. Will be back for a cage soon. Thanks again.

I called this shop today, and was very impressed with the staff. As I'm just starting out with keeping birds hopefully have an African Grey later on, Was advised its beer to start with a cocketeal as there better for beginners. The staff answerd all my questions even the dumb sounding ones, I'm not the best with words on phone call But in very impressed and I will definitely be travelling from dundee to the shop in Bishopbriggs near GG I will see yiu guys soon and many thanks ahain

I've visited this pet shop multiple times as have my family, great selection of food and treats for many different animals, in addition to a range of pets to choose from. I always enjoy going in to see the birds, you might even see some chatty parrots as you come in the door. I recently left my two cockatiels in their care and would happily do so again, the staff have a great affinity with animals which set my mind at ease when going on holiday. It's tucked away in a lovely wee area and well worth a visit.

Great store, no pressure, knowledgeable and friendly. Only place I've known to give a bag of their seed to mix with whatever your going to use, to avoid the wee budgie getting a tummy upset. Will definitely recommend.

Sharon and her staff are brilliant. If you want advice you won't find any where better. Prices are usually better than the bigger chains. Any excuse to pop in for supplies, and see if their is a parrot boarding while a customers is on holiday... there's one parrot that talks that makes me laugh.

Difficult place to find dur to lack of signage ,but when you find it, it's like an aladdins cave .Each of the cages and animals all looked healthy and well fed and alert.would definately use them again ...

Great store went in to buy hoppers for my sons geko were out of stock till delivery on Tuesday the staff gave me box from their own feed to tide me over for free much appreciated used to buy from pets at home but the hoppers here are more and healthier for a few pence more no brainer

I HAVE BOUGHT A SENEGAL PARROT & 2 x RED RUMP PARAKEETS FROM HERE. THE FIRST WOULD HAVE BEEN PURCHASED AROUND 4 YEARS AGO AND NOW I HAVE 3 BIRD'S ALL HEALTHY AS MY VETS CAN VERIFY. I ALWAYS TAKE MY BIRDS TO THE LAWRIE VETERINARY CLINIC IN CUMBERNAULD WHEN I PURCHASE THEM. (Specialist's in birds) AND ALL CAME BACK ALL GOOD . THE STAFF HAVE TO BE SOME OF THE MOST CARING I'VE SAW IN PET SHOPS AROUND GLASGOW THEY ARE VERY KNOWLAGABLE WITH ALL ANIMAL'S... SHARON THE OWNER WILL DO HER UPMOST TO ASSIST YOU WITH ANY QUERIES ABOUT ORDERING OR THE ANIMALS IN STORE 😇 WOULD I RECOMMEND YES DO I STILL USE THE SHOP YES ...................
